Chay Alexander Wright is a Los Angeles–based producer, engineer, and Production Development consultant. With more than 25 years in performance, songwriting, production, recording, mixing, and mastering, he helps artists, producers, and studios make the BEST records their vision and resources can support.

His experience spans Pop, Rock, R&B, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Gospel, with work involving Easy Mo Bee, the Temptations, the Jacksons, Hollywood Records & Disney, Michael Lington, Adaawe, and Attack on Titan – Beyond the Walls World Tour.

From the first idea through the finished master, Chay connects creative direction with technical execution. His consulting helps clients assess songs and arrangements, strengthen performances, evaluate mixes, improve recording workflows, and set practical priorities for completing a project.

Since 2005, artist development has been central to his work. He published the first volume of The Complete Artist Development in 2012 and produced and developed Virian’s debut album, Saint, Vol. 1. His engineering philosophy preserves dynamics, sonic depth, and musicality through deliberate choices.
